At Precisely 12:13 pm, Wednesday July 26,
2000, Guerilla Artists infiltrated the new Center square of Canton Ohio,
and attempted to randomly aspire fellow creative pranksters to a new form
of expression.

Wednesday (26 July, Y2K) morning a clandestine gathering of artists: Pablo & Rodriguez Picasso, Pierre Brugeul, Angelo Joseph De Freddie the 3rd , Tyler Durdan and Mr. Brown (yeah, you’ve all seen my brother and namesake on Back to the Future 2, of my cousins on the click Camp New Berea and the sitcom Taxi and my daughter on DC news stand my nephew and the Libertarian party candidate) all lead an 9 foot tall pink standbuild (statue) unto a pick up truck, Pablo drove to the corner of Stincoln Highway and Black Market Ave, |

where Pierre's car brought Pierre, De Freddie, Durdan, and myself, who all suddenly got out and quickly unloaded our standbuild, from Pablo's pick up, and stood it upright and drove off before any cops could show up. Rodriguez videotaped all of this as we all hustled to stand up Football Trash AKA Mr. Bopp as in Bopp Bopp Beep Bopp AKA standbuild. |

| We were all proud of
ourselves for secretly constructing our Standbuild as a work of art to
protest lifeless drabness of downtown Canton and as a multiple protest
against the decadence of the football and the HOF festivities, and all
that Hoopla, especially Canton's parades in which Starbucks and McDonalds,
etc, probably entered a float, against the rib burn off downtown (for
those of you who like ribs and barbecue chicken, you can get both at the
Mellet mall food court and hopefully soon at some 1960's, 1970's, &
1950's style coffee shops where we hope hippie beatnik punk rock poetry
will be heard and read aloud as in the utopian dining halls according to
Sir Thomas More's book, Utopia). Pink was the color of an enemy
submarine according to a WW 2 comedy Operation Petticoat as well as
the color of fascist pigs 4 legged ancestors, and footballs are made of
pigskin, football and chains tell of mental bondage.
So Football trash stands for freedom from all kinds of addictions (and bondage) to drugs like war, money, property (both public & private) patriotism, sports, pride, clothing, conformity, materialism, stigmas, stereo types, and infinitum and Mr. Bopp has cousins, Mr. Chris Beat and his brother Pal Joey Beat I hope Football Trash is as open to interpretation as and in the same way that art or Von Yin 2 Yang (www.vonyin2yang.org) is open to interpretations. Art work and books break a sound barrier & crossing a sea of darkness, by not asking for America's permission or sanction, which is to me its most artistic element of all! Mr. Bopp chained to his pink football stood over his Football Trash can most poetically across from the same kangaroo courthouse in front of which Mr. Brown once clandestinely made off with an enemies' funeral wreath throwing it in Burger King's dumpster before sunrise and as Mr. Brown Spread dawn Graffiti on the Us Navy Memorial in DC on 12 December 1998 A.D. Pablo explained we didn't talk about it. WE DID IT! We are not all talk and no action. |
